Skyport Hotel Terms & Conditions

Prices and Taxes

All room rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary depending on season, occupancy, and promotional offers. Skyport Hotel Manila reserves the right to adjust published rates without prior notice to reflect changes in government-imposed taxes, levies, or exchange rates.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

A valid government-issued ID and booking confirmation must be presented upon check-in. Full payment of the room rate is required during reservation, along with a ₱2,000 security deposit (refundable upon check-out, subject to room inspection), is required at check-in.
Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and applicable fees.

Traveling with Minors

Children 12 years old and below may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents or guardians, subject to the maximum room capacity. Additional charges apply for extra beds or breakfast. The hotel reserves the right to request proof of age for verification. Minors must be accompanied by an adult guest at all times within hotel premises.

Accessibility or Special Needs

Skyport Hotel Manila strives to accommodate guests with accessibility needs. Certain rooms and facilities are designed to be barrier-free and accessible to persons with disabilities. Guests requiring special assistance or equipment are encouraged to inform the hotel in advance to make suitable arrangements, subject to availability.

Parking & Airport Transfers

One Way Transfers and Roundtrip Transfers to the Airport - should be requested in advance, waiting time is approximately 15 to 30 minutes depending on the Van's activity. Complimentary parking is available for checked-in guests on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside. Guests are encouraged to secure their vehicles and valuables at all times.

Hotel Events

Skyport Hotel Manila may host private or corporate events that could result in limited access to certain areas of the property. Guests will be informed in advance, whenever possible. The hotel also reserves the right to refuse or cancel event bookings that may disrupt hotel operations, violate regulations, or pose safety risks.

Dispute Resolution / Issues

Any concerns or disputes arising from the guest’s stay should be reported immediately to the Front Office or Management for prompt resolution. Should unresolved disputes persist, both parties agree to settle the matter amicably. If legal action is necessary, such shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of Parañaque City, Philippines.

Use of Personal Information

Personal data collected from guests during reservation or stay will be used strictly for operational, security, and marketing purposes in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Skyport Hotel Manila will not disclose guest information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Liability

Skyport Hotel Manila shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property due to natural causes, accidents, or actions beyond its reasonable control. Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings and adhering to hotel policies for safety and security.

Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, reservations may be modified, rebooked, or canceled in accordance with applicable hotel policies.

Third Party Rights

These terms and conditions are intended solely for the benefit of the registered guest and the hotel. No third party shall have any rights to enforce or rely upon any provision contained herein.

Waiver

Failure by Skyport Hotel Manila to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future. The hotel reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

Severance

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. Standard Cancellation

Guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night’s stay based on the confirmed room rate.

For same-day cancellations or failure to arrive on the check-in date (no-show), the entire stay amount may be charged depending on the rate plan booked.


2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings under Non-Refundable or Advance Purchase promotions are not eligible for refund, amendment, or rebooking.

The total amount of the stay will be charged immediately at the time of booking and is non-transferable and non-reversible.


3. Early Departure / Shortened Stay

Guests who choose to shorten their stay after check-in will be charged the total amount of the original booking.

Refunds or credits for unused nights will not be issued once the guest has checked in.


4. Group or Long-Stay Reservations

For group bookings (3 rooms or more) or extended stays (7 nights or longer), a minimum 7-day cancellation notice prior to arrival is required.

Late cancellations or no-shows for group bookings may result in a 50% charge of the total reservation value.


5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

In cases of natural disasters, flight cancellations, government restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond the guest’s control, the hotel will allow rebooking within 6 months of the original date, subject to rate differences and room availability.

proof of circumstance (e.g., airline advisory, government order) may be required to process rebooking.


6. Modifications

Date changes or booking amendments are subject to room availability and prevailing rates at the time of modification.

Changes made after the free cancellation period are subject to the same conditions as a late cancellation.


7. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the total booking amount will be charged.

The reservation will automatically be released after 12:00 noon of the following day, and the room may be resold.


8. Third-Party and OTA Bookings

For bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Expedia, or other partners, the cancellation terms of the respective platform shall apply.

Guests are encouraged to manage their reservations directly on the platform where the booking was made.


9. Refund Process

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the mode of payment.

Bank charges or transfer fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Payments made via third-party booking sites are refunded through those channels in accordance with their policies.
